"Anytime I call they are always super nice and pretty much solve any issues or questions I have. The few times that I call and have to leave a message they get back to me in literally no time at all. Anyone that says they are looking to change insurance I always recommend calling Bob Johnston office and if you can talk to Rosemary cause she’s the absolute sweetest and is always cheerful and caring."

"My windshield cracked during this last snow storm and my agent was MORE than helpful. Even in the past when I’ve needed to use my insurance, wether it’s auto, or the policy I have on my laptop, or renters insurance- my agent is always so helpful in making sure my experience with them is the least stressful part in dealing with a crisis."

"I contacted Bob Johnston’s State Farm to request that my life and auto policies be transferred. I spoke with Jackson Russell, who not only skillfully handled those transfers. He also advised that, although I was moving from an apartment to a house since I was renting space in that house, I should maintain my renters insurance to provide additional security for both myself and the homeowner. His knowledge, and forethought may well save us a great deal in the future. Kudos to both Jackson and Bob for great customer service!"

"When my teenage daughter started driving my previous insurance company raised our rates over 150%. so of course, I went shopping …. Not only did Bob Johnson’s State Farm offer me a reasonable rate. Rosemary was patient and helpful making sure I had the best rate possible. And this week, she called me personally to tell me our rates were going down almost $400 a year!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in saving money and working with an insurance company that cares!"

"Just wanted to share my overall experience With Bob Johnston @ state Farm . . . Obviously most people must have & pay for all types of insurance for most of their lives. Well, Bob has been sooo great to me for several years, & He is NOT an insurance agent. He is a HUMAN BEING whom actually cares for his clients & people in general. I recently had a minor fender bender over the summer, & not only did he & his agency IMMEDIATELY handle my claim seamlessly & simply, Bob actually came to see me to be assured that I was not hurt or distraught in any way, and to assure me that "don`t worry, Chris, State Farm has got you on this".
